Homeowners or tenants must be advised of the time and duration of this appointment, be aware that they cannot appear in photographs, and have made preparations to be absent or in another area from that being measured or photographed.
Please have the location "photo-ready" for the booked date and time. The photographer is unable to move items and furnishings, and everything will be photographed as it is on arrival.
Photo editing is generally available to remove items or objects that cannot be removed in time for the session, though this is not always possible and will be done on a case by case basis. Cost for this service is $50 per image.
Re-bookings or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a $100 fee for same.
Square footage stated must include all areas being measured and / or photographed, whether RMS or non-RMS qualifying space. The square footage estimate establishes the amount of time the appointment is booked for, in order that an additional visit is not required due to time constraints. Additional visitation will result in additional cost.
The health and safety of all parties is a primary concern. Any instances of illness exposure, symptoms, or known cases within 14 days prior to the appointment of illnesses must be advised. If such is present, premises must be disinfected and clean before arrival, no affected individuals may be onsite, and a maximum of two others who may be present must maintain social distancing.
